I would cut back troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. 20% of the troops will be used in the 9-5 War against Canada. The money saved will be used for innovative ways to save money for the government. I am willing to create the position of Coupon Czar. The Coupon Czar will administer coupons and give then to agencies that spend money.

If I were in the race, I would let the Federal Reserve Banks print food stamps. There would then be enough food stamps for everyone without government expense. And since the government would not be involved, conservative Republicans would support the newly-privatized food stamp program. I would also make it legal to use the food stamps in place of postage stamps when mailing letters. This will save the poor money, which they can then pump into future Wall Street bailouts to help save the middle class’ 401(k) plans.
