About
Ahmnodt Heare is a fictional character running a real campaign. He is an Independent candidate for President of the United States. His views on solving America’s problems is different than the ideas being offered by any Republican or Democratic candidate.
In the upcoming days, he will give a daily account of his political activities, campaigns, and other behind the scene activities like no other candidate ever has.
The purpose of this blog is to showing the absurdity of Ahmnodt Heare’s platform and show that the two major parties are equally absurd (especially at the federal level.)
If you are fed up with the two-party duopoly, then feel free to write in “Ahmnodt Heare” for the office of your choosing.
On Election Day, tell your fellow Americans, “Ahmnodt Heare!”
Ahmnodt Heare for America. Ahmnodt Heare for You.

Moving Pains
I am getting ready to move this weekend from the 2-bedroom 1-bath to the 3-bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo. There are a few things I will be without for at least a few days.
I will not have internet access or phone service until at least Wednesday. That was the earliest date I could get for internet service. Hopefully there are some unsecured wireless routers where I am moving to so I can get by without my own.
The satellite TV installer will not be coming until Thursday. I will be missing three episodes of “Wheel of Fortune.” May is “sweeps month” on TV. This means that shows are showing their season finales and “special” episodes. “Wheel of Fortune” is no different, except I will miss three episodes. 😦
I also have time set aside to buy a car. The car I have is still in decent shape, but it probably won’t last to Election Day 2012. By buying a good car now, I shouldn’t have to worry about major repairs until after the election.
The “Change of Address” is a pain. It used to be that all you had to do was fill out a form and mail it. Now, you have to fill out the form, go to the post office, show ID and a major credit card, and submit a DNA sample.
I have decided to hire movers to move the furniture, television, pillows, and other heavy items. The rest I should be able to put in my car and move it in one trip. Even should I have to make more trips, it’s just down the road. It wasn’t like the move from North Carolina a few years ago when I guessed incorrectly the number of trips I needed to make. I guessed one, but it was five.
I have a little bit of business work to take care of before I finish packing. I hope to have everything packed in four hours. I underestimated the time it took me to pack last time also. I thought it would take an hour, but it took 36 hours over three days.
By this time tomorrow (1:15 PM Eastern), I should have everything in the new place and I can begin the joy of unpacking.
