Tenth Amendment
I would amend the Tenth Amendment. The problem with it now is that (contrary to what states’ rights people tell you), the federal government has the most power and the states gets the crumbs the federal government and the people get the poop. I would reverse the order so that people get the rights, the states get the crumbs and the federal government gets the poop.
