A Day to Give Thanks
I would like to thank the Detroit Lions for their pledge to give $1000 for every win they have had so far this season. They said they can’t continue the pledge for the rest of the season, but offered to give the campaign $1,000,000 if they win Super Bowl XLIII.
I would also like to thank everybody who has been following my campaign. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
The Purposes of This Blog
This blog has a couple of purposes. The first purpose is to inform voters of the happenings of my campaign and how I feel about the issues. The second purpose is to encourage people who come to my blog to ask me questions about my platform and to engage in a debate about the issues.
I would like you (the reader) to get involved in this blog. I encourage all readers to ask questions about something I have posted. You can also say, “Neat-o!” if you agree with me or “Get Real” if you don’t agree.
I look forward to learning what is on your mind.
A Change of Heart
After much deliberation, I have decided to change a position on something currently on my platform. My new position on the “War on Poverty” is listed below:
"War on Poverty" can be solved by giving poor people $30/month and sending them to Africa once a month for food shopping. A family of four in Africa can eat for $.70/day. They would still have $8.30 for beer.
The “Blogstein Bump”
I am honored to be a guest on Dr. Blogstein’s “Radio Happy Hour” show on the 18th. He will ask me questions about my platform as well as trivia questions where I can win a prize of nominal value. The show is from 9PM to 10:30PM Eastern Time. I am scheduled to be on at 9:30PM Eastern.
The Campaign will benefit tremendously from the “Blogstein Bump”
Where I Went Wrong
I was expecting somewhere around 40 million votes in yesterday’s election. I ended up getting seven. Many people would quit, but I can get the votes I need once I fix the problems that stopped me from winning.
1) The “Vice President” fiasco: I should have spent more time vetting my selections. The first candidate did not tell me he was a Canadian until months after I chose him. The candidate I ended up running with did nothing to help the ticket.
2) I started too late: My campaign differed from Obama’s and McCain’s because I chose not to raise money. I stand by this issue for now. I will formally announce my intention to run for President in 2012 soon. The Cinemafia spent millions on Barack Obama and John McCain, trying to make them bicker as a distraction so people wouldn’t hear my message.
3) Internal Polling data was wrong. I was under the impression that PollDaddy was the service to use. They even offered a money-back guarantee if I was not satisfied. Good thing I didn’t spend any money, because I would be expecting my money back right about now.
I would like to congratulate Barack Obama for winning the election. I will fulfill my duty as an American citicen and help President-elect Obama in implementing my platform.
2009 in Review (Part 2)
This review will cover April through June. I found myself being more of a political activist towards causes I believe in. I also offered a comprehensive plan to stop foreclosures.
May was a month where I expanded my thought process. I came up with a detailed plan to help seniors and went into deeper detail on my entire platform.
June was bad month personally. I got burned out and joined an ashram. June was also the last time I hosted my radio show. I will resume the radio show in January (weather permitting).
